Terms of Service

Welcome to Usuals. These terms describe use of this website preview. Here, “Usuals” means the project presented on this site. You can contact the project at info@usuals.club. Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What this preview provides

Usuals demonstrates a way to discover clubs and meet someone who can welcome you. The current site is an interactive presentation, not an operating booking or membership service. Displayed club names, host identities, places and times are examples. Photographs are illustrative and do not establish that a pictured person is a Usuals member or endorses the project.

2. Forms and eligibility

The site is intended for adults: you must be at least 18 to create an account. Choosing a path on the front page leads to sign-in by email code, which creates an account under these terms; reading the front page on its own creates nothing. Do not enter another person’s private information.

3. Fees and communications

Usuals does not take payments or start subscriptions through this preview. Entering a phone number here does not enrol you in SMS, marketing calls or a mailing list. If you contact us separately by email or Instagram, we may reply about your enquiry through that channel.

4. Respectful and permitted use

You may browse and try the preview. Do not use it to harass people, impersonate another person, spread malicious software, interfere with availability, evade access controls or collect private information about others. Requests to report a problem or discuss accessibility are welcome at info@usuals.club.

5. Clubs, venues and safety

The example schedule is not an invitation to arrive at a venue. Confirm any real activity with its organiser before travelling or participating. A welcome from a regular would not replace an organiser’s rules, qualified instruction, or your own assessment of whether an activity is suitable for you. This preview does not screen participants or verify venue availability.

6. Images, text and feedback

Site materials remain subject to the rights of their owners and applicable licences. Viewing a photograph does not grant permission to use the pictured person’s identity or imply their endorsement. If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, email the page URL and a description of your concern to info@usuals.club. Sending feedback does not transfer ownership of your original material.

7. Availability and changes

Features and example content may change while the project develops. The preview may be unavailable or contain errors; please do not rely on it for confirmed arrangements. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

8. Future service and questions

A live service would need updated terms identifying its legal operator, actual registration process and any relevant event, payment or cancellation conditions. Those features are not enabled by these preview terms. We will show a revised date when these terms change. Contact us with questions or concerns before relying on any future offering.
